Good environment to work, people and culture are very good. The worst kind of politics is when managers help their favorites and make life difficult for those they dislike, often pushing them to resign through constant harassment. There is also significant gender bias in performance appraisals, with noticeable partiality towards men and women.

Micromanagent especially internal managers(middle management) playing with the engineering professionals. Upper management need to look action on those and give opp to the professional engineers. Don't over manage to people very disappointed recommendations needed
