The management changes mind every now and then. The company is run by Salman who is one of the most naive, unethical, and arrogant people you will ever meet. A bunch of false information will be given to you while joining that we have a big team and all, and after you join you get to know that you only have to do everything for yoursubject, from preparing presentations- to recording, to reviewing the videos. No to forget, Salman wanted to have the entire 11th IIT JEE and NEET curriculum video within 6 months. Salman is just handling his family business and he doesn't have any idea about the industry, business, or people. Misbehaving people, random change of plans, and shouting on employees is something that Salman believes in. You will often see past employes people coming to the office and creating a scene because Salman, the scammer, believes in today paying you FnF. Every month bunch of employees leave the organization because of the ethics, work policies, and this attitude. In the last academic session, three different academic heads served because two of them left in between. Also, the organization doesn't provide salary slip.
