I appreciate the culture where I can approach anyone, be it a fellow associate or a partner at the firm for questions I have or direction I need. In fact it's encouraged here, there are regular reviews people expect you to do of their work and that learning from the constant cycle of giving and getting feedback has scaled my learning curve immensely.

Dislikes

It's hard to manage things outside of work - whether that's working out or studying. Though that might have to do with me adjusting to the city and spending a lot of time in travel.

I have had a wonderful time working with Prequate. Got the opportunity to interact multiple founders from different industries and understand how they view their business and identify areas where i could help in their success. The quality of work and learning has been great
