Dislikes

Pay is less compared to similar roles in the industry. But this may be because of the growth the company is yet to achieve.

Likes

I appreciate the culture where I can approach anyone, be it a fellow associate or a partner at the firm for questions I have or direction I need. In fact it's encouraged here, there are regular reviews people expect you to do of their work and that learning from the constant cycle of giving and getting feedback has scaled my learning curve immensely.

Dislikes

It's hard to manage things outside of work - whether that's working out or studying. Though that might have to do with me adjusting to the city and spending a lot of time in travel.

The quality of work and the stature of people you interact with routinely is something one treasures while working here. I have been a part of a few larger orgs and i can say it with profound conviction that the exposure and value-add that we get to deliver to some of the visionaries of today's world is seldom an opportunity you could find elsewhere. Forever indebted!

Dislikes

Dislike is quite a harsh term for someone filling this out for Prequate Advisory. But the way the culture at Prequate is built is to have each other's back no matter what. Maybe jumping from such an environment to the outside world could leave people feeling a bit exposed to the realities of the reverse culture that exist otherwise.

Learning opportunity is far greater than i know anywhere else. A premier boutique firm with encouragement for so much value addition from both seniors and partners. everyone is very approachable. Client facing role like no other. Learning curve growth is very steep

Dislikes

Very few holidays. Work-life balance is quite low.

Likes

Fantastic opportunity to learn hands-on on businesses and what makes them work. Good to work with varied founders on different businesses at different stages. Respect enjoyed from clients and their leadership teams.
