There's no benefit in being a part of the premier team. They consistently delay salary payments, leaving you to beg for your own salary. Receiving a salary is akin to hitting the jackpot, but it's tainted by rampant corruption at the highest echelons of management, who engage in unethical practices for personal gain. Once they set their sights on an employee, they ensure that person is forced to leave. If you're looking for a nightmare, then please join, but think thoroughly before accepting any offer. Every aspect. Very unprofessional work culture. Always having fund issue, they disburse salary kind of lottery list, if your name is on the list then you will get salary or wait for your turn. Majorly elderly aged staffs, management do not have progressive thought process. If you are who loves to work and develop and learn new skills then this organisation is not for you or if you know to show off then its best for you but forget about on time salary and appraisal.
