The Sales Head (AVP) exhibits extremely unprofessional behavior, is egoistic, has no leadership qualities, and does not even understand project sales or the technical knowledge of the products. Yet, he behaves as if he is an expert in micro irrigation. Unfortunately, the MD places blind trust in him. In one instance, a high-performing employee was appreciated during a meeting, but within 15 days, that person was fired based on something the AVP said to the MD. This reflects the lack of job security in the company. I have spent more than a decade with this company and have consistently met sales targets. However, due to the AVP of M&S unprofessional behavior, lack of market knowledge, and limited understanding of micro-irrigation products, I have faced significant challenges.
