Joining bonus not paid for me. Job is not secured, always threatening - they terminated me at the 11th month. If they release you from your project then start search for new job. It is common here for work on saturdays and sundays. manager and hr is sync about you, so anything going negative is finally end with termination. It fine . For junior programmers with less salary company ready to engage, but senior people they ask us to train them, our life go in questionyes good company policy

We have to train the juniors and then we will be put to some project and they will ask questions Shift_L
