Top management have clear vision what they require to be on top in market/industry & competitors.

Trust & believe issue from factory admin dept on ground level staff. Need to upgrade metallity & encourage to those employee who really have potential to achieve Targets & can take over real responsibility which helps company to grow.. But regret to tell you that due to poor Admin & HR dept the quality employee gets hide & undeserved employee gets in focus.
