while working on the ground i have very good relationship with my team members we all r doing good but our senior officers are not cooperative when anything goes wrong they put blame on to the junior staff for their sake of job they balmed others and then company fired them and they still doing that same in the past 4 year i will get an increment of 500/550 everyear while doing 8/10/12 and some times full day night. the management was bad in jammu and kashmir they always looked for their own profit and they just dint care about others they have the powers so they freely using it wothout any hesitation...Read More

My tendency to work in negative and toxic environment

I am regret to share my disappointment experience with Hll Lifecare limited Sarangpur Chandigarh, supplier of medicines to Amrit pharmacy pgimer where the lack of proper guidance and care for employee was evident. Despite submitting my resignation with full respect to Mr Bikram jit Singh (incharge) callously glanced at it and then threw it into a drawer without providing any guidance about resignation process they even not forward my resignation mail to required persons. Furthermore, I was deeply troubled by deduction from my salary which was reportedly due to delays caused by management’s failure to act .how many time I called and message t&m they asked me to do the same process again and again and after sometime they , all of them stopped to answer my call. Mr. Bikram who claim himself incharge of CFA even not pick my call. I left the office on 21 march after serving my notice period. I was waiting till now but at the end I left with not any other options. I give my 100% during my working period here with honesty. I will suggest HLL as a loyal, honest, hardworking employee to think many times before handover your tender to anybody. Nobody wants to work there. employees are resigning one by one....Read More
