Nothing in less salary have to work on sunday for the client. And client person thinks that I am the only person he is the only technical person.we work for last 8 years our experience is nothing his experience is only matters. Selfish company better to join cms infosystem

Dislikes

From client side listen everything what ever he said self respect is not der they think they they have only self respect. Never loyal to this type of organization. Company is not providing any conveyance where we go .that also we have to spend. And saying no company is providing better to work for cms infosystem at least that company is decent travel allowance providing. Tl supports der team and area manager also here nothing only zero.becoz of the pressure from rough talk left the job and said properly to hr team can't able to work with this person. Free work person wanted .bhikhari company ko bheekh diya maine salary ko. ___ days salary se they will earn crores in the covid situation worst company never ever join this company . They are spoiling engineers future and family. Handovering procedure nothing before my joining 5 6 engineers left this organization....Read More

Work Details

Nothing even on sunday also have to work tl is saying. In low payment .client ki aukat hai nai payroll pe rakhne ki or bolta work as employee of my company. Shift wise engineer rakhne k paise nai hai .early morning 2 o clock also has to provide service.

a system engineer

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
