Dislikes

Basically there is no reason to dislike Praveg. But I think there is a need to work on some issues. Especially salary and staff food. There is no guarantee when the salary will come and When you complain about the food of the staff getting worse day after day, the kitchen staff come to the staff quarters and pressurize them as to why the complaint has been made. I think it is better if you work a little on these 2 subjects. Thank you...Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
