There is lot of politics and these issues will never be addressed even if we expose to them. no proper salary that when they'll pay you..and no training at all they'll tell us that they'll provide proper training but they won't and 6months probation period if we quit in that period also they'll ask us to serve notice period and that notice period is 3months... totally waste of time.... And they'll tell to work Monday to Friday 5days login logout all timings but after we join they'll provide work at the end of the week that's on Friday and will ask to work in Saturday's Sunday's......Read More

Worst Leadership and insensitive management No timely payment of salary No employee health insurance scheme No Coordination between teams False commitments to new employees Offer letter language is very biased. Old employees monopoly

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
