Being a small startup, the work-life balance here isn't as bad as one expects it to be. That's the only positive point I can think about.

Dislikes

The CEO (being a general knowledge buff) expects you to have lots and lots of general knowledge, which isn't even relevant to your role/domain. And if you can't answer his questions, be prepared to be mocked and humiliated. Once you're in his bad grace, be prepared for even more humiliation. The company has a very small team and the employees are unwelcoming and cold. If you don't have a good relationship with the employees, it gets lonely very quickly. Work Details

Sometimes, the work was exciting and sometimes it was monotonous. The roles aren't very clearly distinguished here, meaning, you get to make reports, write blogs, procure images and manage social media, even if your 'job description' didn't mention that.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
