Very unprofessional in managing the talents and go by bureaucracy and nepotism.

Dislikes

It is an overly optimistic company as far as sales is concerned. decision making is rampant and unreasonable.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
