Dislikes

Company i under growing stage but don't have values for good engineering people. Top management feel that Company is working on people trust not on system. Lotoff poltics from ground level to top management. Lack off technical expertise and people don't want to come out from old technology with upgrade technic.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
