Career growth at slow pace, lower increments, typical Indian work culture pettiness, self-centerism, not geared towards long-term vision, avoidance of hybrid work culture, laxity in decision making, impractical expectations, etc...

Difficult to manage work life balance for site base employees,for H.O employees working environment is very good also company policies, appraisal are fare,good salary hike for all employees every year overall good place to work
