Company is working on Greenfield project is only good thing.

Dislikes

I didn't like company work culture. Also not providing better facilities to Engineer level. Also I can't understand Hierarchy of company. No value for post. They give Manager post to all of the candidate. But no proper value for post. Only at corporate office may be have a some amount of work life balance. But at project site no better facilities. Also not get allowances on time.

Work Details

The job is interesting. But At site no proper facilities provided by company. Stay in sharing, food is little bit good, every day time for reaching site is fixed but no time fixed for return back to home. Not get allowances on time.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
