I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. There is nothing to be liked at all. Worst and cheap company. Dont value enployees. Third class company director.

Everything especially the company director is worst creature have ever seen. Pls dnt join guys.

Work Details

Work is very bad. Director treats like slaves and no respect at all. Worst management and also salary keeps on hold or sometimes salary doesnt come on time and gets delayed by 10 to 15 days. So guys i would suggest and request not to join this company.
