I am with pradot past 8 years, I am sure this is best work ever, the work culture is good, Actually the management ia okay I can give 3star out of 5.

When it comes to the carrier growth IJP it is not work for all and to be frank no growth once you get into a team, most probably you would have stuck there.

Work Details

If you new joinees, I am sure you will get the support from the company for training as well as with team. For me in the beginning I struggled but team support me to understand it better, later I will share my knowledge with my team and new joinees.
