In team some team members are good and helping nature

Dislikes

First of all they give less salary than actually salary and no response after the interview untill we contact them, and work culture is not good, don't have any job security, they can hire you immediately and fire you immediately. If Target is not reached in weekdays then we have work on Saturday also if not salary will be deducted.moreover without proper training they will assign work without reason and not giving time to learn newly joined employee they will fire in 15 days.and asking about salary they will say 60days after again say and 60-90 days it will take to credit your salary and if we ask seriously with angry they will say actually we dont need to give you salary but we said will give be thankful....Read More

The most important thing is the behavior of everyone is very polite be it behavior of Directors with Delivery Lead and Team Lead or behavior of DL/TL's towards Recruiters/Juniors
