I liked the concept of group incentive. Colleagues were very co-operative.

Dislikes

It is a startup company which failed to deliver. The management is very unprofessional. Salaries are unpaid. Read their appointment letter carefully. It mentions salary but does not specify it is fixed salary. If there is no sale you do not get salary and even your travelling expenses are not paid. Employees are thrown out without notice. Please join if you want to but do not leave your previous job. Take a break and check the environment here. Around 9 of us left our jobs and were paid not a single rupee after one month.
