Fake! out of 100 hardly 5-6 people will go to clients place remaining all are on bench only!

There is a VLSI Training institute. Goldenlight VLSI now they have changed the name. That institute is run by this CEO Ayyamma. She had promised job in her company i.e Pozibility Technologies for all of us. But later she said we can't place you Market is down now. we had spent 1 year in that institute paid them 60-70 thousand. but all our 1 year got ruined and our Money was also wasted.

This is the worst organization I have ever seen. During strict lock down across the country, I was asked to go come to office without any safety measures and travel facility. Every where in the city strict police vigilance was there at the time of April 2020, in spite of this company asked me to be present physically in the office even though work from home option. They had even threatened me of removing me from the job. As I questioned such a behavior, company deducted 50% of my salary even though I had been working effectively. Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
