As per my experience i observed , High level partiality, really they not address our issues ... If you are local candidates helper also behave like as incharge. No stability, no standards, it's purely business. Mainly they focus on freshers. Inexperienced staff, freshers are like fishes. 1) No proper management 2) Too much partiality 3) No job secure ( if you argue ) 4) No standard job, one day work in one place next day no guarantee in same place.
