As per my experience i observed , High level partiality, really they not address our issues ... If you are local candidates helper also behave like as incharge. No stability, no standards, it's purely business. Mainly they focus on freshers. Inexperienced staff, freshers are like fishes. 1) No proper management 2) Too much partiality 3) No job secure ( if you argue ) 4) No standard job, one day work in one place next day no guarantee in same place. Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
