* Mnc culture *Job security is there.

*First of all company policies they changes every year and it changes only for companies benefit. * The salary and other perks is the worst you can get in the industry. And there is no growth in your compensation even if you get the promotion the only growth in your profile is your designation. *And even though you get promoted you will be doing the same job forever. *If anyone is getting recruited then guys ask for the company policy which is going to change whenver they want to only to deduct your salary. * There is no fixed ctc in this company as it will vary every quarter with there own calculation. * Learning is quite limited as there is no opportunity for getting promoted to higher position as all of them are heavily salaried and won't move untill retirement. No doubt there are many benefits working in POSCO THE LARGEST STEEL MANUFACTURER IN THE WORLD, BUT IT REALLY SUCKS AS TIME PASSES. Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
