Hi All, Just thought to share my experience with you all for my last organization Polycab wires. I worked here for nearly 3.5 years and personally speaking its one of the finest place to work with. I have in total of 9 years of experience and got a chance to closely worked with Mr Bhushan Sawhney. Initially I felt I will not be able to cope up with the expectations but the way Mr Bhushan has supported me and my peers was stunning. He gave me a chance to visit few places to learn and grab things. Now that is totally upto you how much you want to learn and this would be your personal skills to interact with people and attain things. During my work period in Polycab I have learned so many things, new challenges, new system knowledge. And not just this company is really good with the payscale and job security. When I ask Mr Bhushan that I want to leave due to family issues, he supported me like anything. If you ever got a chance to work with this organization then you would be lucky to work under Mr Bhushan. 1 thing which I would suggest for you to prove yourself will be difficult because people here are sitting from long time and you need to learn at quick pace and prove yourself with your talent.
