It’s a luxury business company where you get to meet highly influential people in Nigeria in the course of transacting business.

Dislikes

The work environment is very hostile and highly toxic. The work pressure is very high that sometimes I had to work for 15hours in days to meet up with unplanned deliverable that are sometimes not directly related to my job functions. They do not value professionals worth. There is lack of professionalism in the work culture adoptedwithin the system. The management deployed a divide and rule approach of management style within managers. The work environment is not conducive for career growth and learning. They also hire and fire at will without consideration to the personnel career....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
