Overall here one can learn how to work under extreme pressure ,however if one can manage and perform well then he or she will rewarded with huge incentive you could earn 60 to 90k per month apart from salary.

Dislikes

Unnecessary pressure 😒, if you are unable to sale the insurance then you have to stretch shift timing. May be 1 to 2 hours , No mental piece always feel like you are standing in fish market team leader and vp will keep sought on you.

Incentives are quite good in initial phase of your job when you become tenure then you'll face clawbacks.

Work-life balance is zero , work pressure is alot, lack of quality leaders, if you hadn't given business for 2,3 days then your life we'll be become hell. Lot's of obligations you may face, there are so much mental pressure, if you are addict to handle a bunch of pressure then you're welcome. Nothing as call centre.

You have to work approx 12hrs a day (9:45am-9:00pm sometimes after 9pm also) continuously for minimum 7-10days according to your roster (don’t think about taking a leave on Saturday and Sunday even if it is urgent also) if you need an emergency leave you have to tell them before 2 weeks( don’t know how is that possible). The workinghours mentioned in JD are different but the manager will not allow anyone to leave the office unless you have a sale everyday even if you have achieved more than your monthly target. We will feel like we are in a prison, someone who has self respect cannot be able to stay there. Managers are like - we lost our work life balance anyway we will ruin yours(employees) also. Mental torture is another trait. And a big guy comes from Gurgaon just to roar towards employees. You will feel good about company at the training period but after 1 month you will see their real side and most of the employees unwillingly stay to avoid a career gap.. If you are fresher, that's a great opportunity for you learning about insurance sector and corporate. U can make good amount money/incentive it's totally depends on your potential and also depends on the lead quality ( grade-1) lead. if you are doing good makes sales, more opportunities will open for you with this company.

But In sales process it's feels like a call centre job, 10-12+ hours shift. Company culture and policies are totally worst. They're hired too many manager for few works, too many crowd don't feel like you works in a corporate it's just like a call center, keep one thing in mind if you don't have any opportunity anywhere only join there when u can only focus here until you will resign from here after a few times. Health and personal life will be sacrificed but you can make unlimited incentive here as they told you. But in 2-3 starting month no - very less pressure on nesting span.
