Office log in time is 9:45am and logout time is 7:00pm but you can not logout before 8:00pm and 8:30pm becoz of upper management like avp and Bm level specialy in Investmnet upsell process.work life balance is nill . They did not holiday on public holidays like diwali ,holi and all.

I worked there approx 2 yrs and i left pb becuse of the slow growth progresss and politics even you are not allowed to take leaves whenever you want company provides you rotational off that is kind of no off You can not leave office without taking permission from your TL

I've been working with the org from past 1.5year and had amazing time learn so much about the insurance sector making more friends colleague got the salary on time with lucrative incentive. overall I've spend good quality time with the organisation.

In Policybazaar there is no work life balance and leaves are allotted but not granted , its a good company to earn money because of its incentive structure but not a career oriented company .
