There is nothing to like policybazaar because they hired stupid and illiterate managers who have not any manners and etiquette to deal with a employee and their HR are also like the puppets of management. I saw many times that if any employee who is not their slave and went for sick leave . After providing all medical documents they terminate the employee.

Dislikes

They have not any kind of management. I think government should close this company because they are running a very bad call centre. They have the Mafia manager who doesn't have knowledge and etiquette. They are just become manager by buttering. No personal life . If you want to destroy your calm them you can join policybazaar. TheirHR are just puppets of management. No leave management, no increment , no growth, no personal life....Read More
