HR process is well defined. We have robust and well streamlined HR process and Vega-HR system in place, because of which absolute transparency is maintained. Even the HR guys are very cooperative. Till today, I haven't had any bad experience with them. They make sure thar they resolve every concern if anyone has in place for which they do their best to get it sorted. I appreciate their efforts

At time, you may feel work pressure, especially when project delivery time is close.

They handle situations in a balanced and logical manner. This is the thing I am trying to learn from them. It keeps the things sorted for us and avoids arising complexities.
