Higher management is good, timely pay and benefits. All efforts are made to improve company stake and provide benefits for all the employees. Good place to learn and upskill if you can put extra effort after finishing your work.

The middle level management is spoiling the party. Too much politics, favourism and greed there. HR's works for those low level managers and not for the company or mass of the employee. Usually, they will support each other in misconduct or safeguarding each other mistakes. They always tend to mislead higher level management with misleading data (often showing one side of story). If your performing skills is 100/100 even tho they won't give you promotion and Salary hike. They won't provide any new skill training sessions. If you want to develop in the industry better to leave PTW. Salary is like shit. Hyderabad branch follows Banglore office, which is wrost. If you have skills of scuuking higher once, you can survive in this company

Good company to start your career but I would suggest you to move out of the company as soon as you complete 1 year as the promotion and hikes are very very bad compared to the industry standards.

Nothing to like here so much of favouritism, never going to recommend ptw hyd branch to anyone. Here TL beats and scolds below testers and management doesn't even see this as an issue.

Dislikes

Full of favouritism towards TLs and doesn't even care about other employees. Better to choose another branch rather than hyd. Full of politics and because of that so many people resigned willingly and forcefully.
