Likes

It's a good company for Freshers. Offers decent salary comparitively. Timings are strict, nobody asks you to do Overtime.

Dislikes

Zero Skill Development. You have to work brainlessly with people who are not even qualified for the job. Don't stay here for a long period of time.

They ask us to join as an Trainee with contract period of 3 and 3 months. later after 6 months will become and permanent employ of company. But that never happens. In my experience of work, I worked for 15 months never became permanent and they can tell us our contract is expired anytime.

Dislikes

I'm sure there is no such growth in this company, even an 10th pass out students works. No job security at all. You will never know when your job will be taken. Many of my colleagues faced this issue. I would appreciate only the environment it good.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
