The middle level management is spoiling the party. Too much politics, favourism and greed there. HR's works for those low level managers and not for the company or mass of the employee. Usually, they will support each other in misconduct or safeguarding each other mistakes. They always tend to mislead higher level management with misleading data (often showing one side of story). I liked the work culture at Pole To Win India Pvt. Ltd. The company policies were okay and the management was pretty good, I must say. As a gaming company, the clients are really cool and we sure have lot of opportunities on our way as goodies and also as in career growth.

Dislikes

The one thing I disliked and was terrified at was the job security. If you are on the base level of the pyramid, then there are causes for you to worry about your performance.
