Job Description

The Power BI Specialist plays a crucial role in the Command Center by designing, developing, and maintaining effective reporting solutions that enhance operational decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and produce insightful dashboards and visual reports, providing a clear overview of performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and distribute comprehensive reports using Power BI, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Collaborate with operational leaders to identify reporting needs and align efforts with strategic objectives.
Update and maintain existing Power BI reports and dashboards, improving functionality and visualization as needed.
Automate repetitive reporting tasks through optimized Power BI tools and features.
Create, maintain, and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to reporting processes.
Actively engage with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and continuously improve reporting systems.
Participate in cross-functional projects to drive improvements in reporting and analytics processes.

3+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in a contact center environment.
Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and designing interactive dashboards.
Experience with SQL for data
