I love podium systems, Here we work as a family member. n also we get many benefits. We get good guidance from our seniors & Manager. I would like to say you should join podium.

Office culture is very good

I feel like they are forcing their employees to turn on the camera 9 to 6 it's very difficult to work it's like school you can take lunch break @1Pm only for 30min. They talk about trust but they don't have any trust on their employees. No incentive less salary no hikes.

Podium system is one of the best corporate platform for ladies 🤗 Where anyone can restart there career if she having good experience and having gap in career because of any reasons.

I didn't found anything which I can dislike in this organisation. I left because of my personal reasons. May be i can rejoin Podium once I shorted my things😊🤗
