Toxicity is always there, you need to work 24×7, they don't have any structure, they don't value your emotions. Everyone is working with pocket fm is toxic. There's no such things like humans, they turned them into machines, every creative leads are toxic. There's no growth at all. I gave them one script more than 10 times still they are saying it's not useful. I didn't even sleep for continuous 1 month because of their working culture. All the leads are toxic, they think that they are the founders but they don't know that they are clowns. Stupidity at peak. They will definitely harm innocent people's as they do everytime.

Work life was awesome at Pocket FM, as I was an HR intern there but due to whole pocket FM team I got so friendly environment, people are so cooperative. Specially my Seniors from HR team were so helpful, I've learnt alot from them.
