1- toxic culture 2- favourism 3- unnecessary politics 4- no guidance 5- iski topi uske sar wala culture 6- the heads of the companies are looting the company and misusing the staff. 7- clear and bold abusive culture 8- no privacy, everyone sits upfront at single floor 9- no hospitality or assistance from pantry boys. 10- sometimes salary delay due to company being insolvent

Pathetic management! Hard working people are removed. Sales and operations is rund by low level SMS people! Managements vision is somewhere else. Pathetic state of affairs!
