Lala Company, No parking facility, No hygiene in canteen and toilets, AC problems, No WiFi, No Laptops, No data, No digitisation, No Gmail everything is done on outlook 2013 software, One has to stamp and scan 100s of agreements manually, no tracking of agreements, no one approvals are being provided, no inter department connections, no TAT, no blanket approvals, no support from reporting manager, too much work, 3-4 subsidiaries and you are expected to work for subsidiaries incorporated in other countries as well, each and every work is a priority work, emails are checked before sending, desktop passwords are shared with the whole team, all the decisions are taken off the mails, No mail culture....Read More
