Good for learning and opportunity seekers. Work life balance is average. Job security is there. Policy is decent and head team members are very supportive

Work life balance recently has gone downhill. Appraisals are very late comparing other NBFCs ans HFCs. wfh faculty is not available.

Working skill good and work culture is excellent management discipline I never seen in other firm.

Dislikes

Timing is not fixed while exiting from daily shift have to work midnight. Rest off is excellent

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
