Talent Acquisition Lead

Hi All,

We are looking for two Talent Acquisition professional who will be based out at Mumbai (Borivali). Need someone who can join immediately or within 15 days.

Responsibility-

Candidate should have exposure in managing complete Talent Acquisition lifecycle

Hands on experience in managing the pre onboarding experience , Joining formalities

Should hold good practical knowledge of Recruitment process & TA Metrics

Should have exposure in Talent acquisition Reports, tracker and dashboard as in when required

Should have strong exposure on hiring through social media, consultant and job board

Should execute , interview and close hiring with in defined TAT

Should be able to articulate the JD and job specification

Exp : 2-8 years in core Talent Acquisition

Location : Mumbai

Qualification : MBA HR

Competences-

Should hold high on integrity, ethics and stakeholder management experience

Should have good command in Advanced excel & PPT

Should have good communication skill in verbal & written

Should have exposure in hiring non technical & technical role

Well versed with HRMS tool, LinkedIn, Naukri , driving employee referral and career page
