The experience at PNB was extremely disappointing. The Credit Manager, Kunal Khare, lacked basic knowledge and was entirely inefficient. The Branch Head, Rohit Gaurav, contributed nothing to the work and seemed completely disinterested. Their superior, Hemant Poddar, appeared equally ineffective, failing to ensure accountability or proper management in the branch. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
