1. The culture is bad and this leads to people leaving the organisation too often, too soon. One of the reasons they keep hiring for the same roles again and again 2. The leadership seems confused. The founders have a great vision but don't think the rest of leadership understands it 3. There is no learning after a point. It is all insurance and nothing that will help you develop your skills better. 4. There is no work-life balance at all. Honestly, the sector itself is to blame in this context - Insurance in India 5. The managers are not trained to manage. They are terrible at team management and do not know how to contribute to a team member's growth within the company. They are also great at passing sly comments and gaslighting 6. Company doesn't pay well. The people who do the grunt work are not paid well. 7. If you're desperate for a job, this could be an option because sometimes you just need the financial backing. But if you actually want to build and grow a career then do not join.
