First of all the training period as an intern is just a fraud now a days, and Pletra Technologies is top in this fraud. Because they expected that interns can learn new skills by themselves which is practically impossible because that skills are likely to be expected from 4-5 years of experience. As an intern they force me to show fake experience with 4 years and wanted to outsource me, they are not gave us any support for interview with their client, they expected from us to clear 3-4 rounds interviews by ourselves. And the main part is... that they provide us any additional pay or salary hike after billable on project, only the basic salary of 1.8LPA for 1st year and 3LPA from second year onwards and and increments and promotions from completed of two years, but funny thing is they are not entertained anyone after completed 2years in Pletra Technologies. And Pletra Technologies is all about NEPOTISM. the have family tree in this organization, Owner's nephew is now only 25 years old and he have less knowledge in Salesforce Technology but he is the TECHNICAL MANAGER WITH 4-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in Salesforce technology(obviously fake)... many able seniors employees are there but they are the just part of their corporate politics and nonsense drama. If any senior want salary hike(as per knowledge and experience) then here's come the role of company's Mr. COO, owner's nephew's father, they have an excellent communication skill, great knowledge about IT industry, and very respected behavior with female employee's ( JUST KIDDING ). There is no professionalism in Pletra Technologies, company's policies can be change any time irrespective of situation, they forcing employee's to resign, and at any random day with called us and told us that TODAY IS YOUR LAST WORKING DAY. Sometimes Owner directly called you and asking for any random task, usually which takes 5-7 hours(for example) but they want that task done within 1 hour, and they expected this from interns. And if you not able to done that, then they called you back and threaten you in their fluent Englishhh. If anyone reading this comment I just wanted to inform you, there is no criteria to join pletra you just need few things like... Manager ka chamcha skill, say YES to anything, and most important 0 SELF RESPECT***...Read More
