I joined here after leaving my previous high-paying job due to the simple reason that here I would be working on the MERN stack which I always wanted. During joining they told me that the internship duration would be 3 months and then you would be full-time depending on performance if not that max internship would be extended by another 3 months. So, I thought it would be great if I could join here full-time after a minimum of 3 months. Even one of my old friends convinced me that they would convert you to full-time just like they did to him after 3 months. But my story was different. I was assigned a live project at just the beginning of the Internship. Later the senior engineer who was coordinating the project left the organisation after about 1 month of my joining as an intern. But to push myself and prove my skills. I undertook his responsibility of maintaining the front end as well. Things were going on good until the last day when I was told that the project you were working on is now almost complete and they don't have other ongoing projects so they are going to release me. I was shocked I always thought even if they didn't consider me for full-time on one go they would at least extend the internship. They just used away my skills in those 3 months to get their project done at a stipend of 8K INR even though my last company's stipend was 20K leaving the pay after full-time aside. Even they provided me with no short notice that they are going to pull off something like that. I am unemployed right now because of their poor policies and cost-cutting. The main culprit here is the people operations manager sitting in Noida. He never ever talked to me one-on-one during my entire time here no appreciation for the work done nothing. And somehow he is entitled to decide my fate here despite 2 full-time engineers resigning in that time he said there is no requirement what a buffoon! For those of you who are willing to join here as an intern please reconsider your choices. They will end your career before it starts all they care about is getting cheap skilled labor. The worst part is unlike other companies who inform you whether you will be full-time or not at least 15 days prior they inform you on the last day itself. Don't fall for their words that they are here to provide opportunities to locals so far during the day shift there are only 2 full-time engineers left now at the Palampur office. Shame!...Read More

There's a great sense of teamwok and support, and we're given the freedom to experiment and push the boundaries of our creative abilities. Amazing company to work for. As a freshers you will learn multiple things. Also, you will enjoy the work environment. Managers and team leads are amazing and very cooperative.

This is my 3rd job. I have always been looking for this kind of organization, and got too.🤩 I feel so so good when I'm in the office working with my colleagues. And, when you find such dreamy office with all positive leaders, then you just get wowed🤗Working at Plaxonic with it's all successful leaders, is an amazing thing itself.
