I highly doubt these sites now. 1. They sell useless products to American business such as google my business profile, a WordPress website or some rubbish cartoon videos you can check it out at amazing7 studios it's their subsidiary company Literally they sell such product for minimum of 500dollars and then they expect you to fix a meeting everyday for such rubbish products Apart from that there is zero transparency in company anyone can be fired anytime all they want is sales And just by 2weeks of training they expect us to speak like Americans and get that fake accent. Overall a rubbish company to work for.. Work place politics take over if you try to make a suggestion. Arrogant dominating peers and ego filled managers who hold grudges against you if you don't agree with them. Hello, Thank you for your valuable feedback. Please see our response to each point raised by you. 1. We don't underpay freshers. Our salary structure is at par with the big conglomerates in the same industry and for similar profiles. We don't exploit any of our employees, freshers or experienced. We are proud that people stay with us for longer than usual time. We give enough time to our employees to perform. In some cases, in your profile of BD, some employees don't even perform for the first two years, they bring zero revenues to the company but we always trust them and train them to an extent where they are able to join a credible and bigger brand after departing from Plaxonic. And we are quite proud of that. 2. There are fair incentives structures in place. Those are clearly documented and downloaded to individual teams. In some cases, the incentives are beyond industry standards, and up to 20% incentives of the revenues have been given to employees. 3. Awards are always decided by the management. No company in this world gives awards based on votes by employees. While individual team members are consulted before giving away rewards, your manager is always the right person to decide what is best. It is an organization, not a reality show. 4. Our cab vendors have been working with us for 8 years. Their IDs have been verified, they have a close bond with the company and they are very loyal and disciplined towards employees. 5. For all other points, we will take that as constructive feedback, and try to work on these issues so that they don't arise again. Managers don't hold grudges against anyone. They are just doing their jobs for everyone's growth and we are proud of the leadership/ management team that is building this amazing organization. We would have been happy to hear all these suggestions if you would have shared these with HR (if you have worked with us at all). Normally, Plaxonic embraces a culture where everyone is welcomed for feedback. If you still felt uncomfortable doing it, that's our failure, and we will try to improve that. I joined the company because I really needed this job I had 3 rounds of interview..I was happy because I got a job nearby my house..First of all there were no TL or SME at the office we use to have the meetings through Google meet sometimes we could not get what we are being told because of the network issue but that’s ok it happenssome time.. now the main thing is after 10 days of training the company want us to speak in American accent I was asked to leave the company because the person sitting at noida thought that I am not eligible for that post because my accent..now I don’t understand one thing I had 3 rounds of interview at that time they said me that your skills are good and we want you to work for our company for a long period of time..Now the thing is if my accent was not up to the mark why they hired me.. I have worked with companies like knack global and Teleperformance in the international process I was never told about the accent there..there is no coordination between the HR and the mangers in the company I was forced to resign by the Hr.. one of the worst companies I have ever worked with.. last but not the least if you really want employees to speak in American accent you need to hire American citizens in your company..the company itself ask it’s employees to write good reviews for the company..
