I don't recommend to work at Platlap solution. I worked there for a year and they did not pay me the full amount that they promised. For example, If they said my salary was Rs 15000/-, They only gave me around Rs 5000/-. They also set unrealistic targets and expectation from the recruiters. If you did not submit minimum 6 profile daily then you did not get your full salary. This company was unfair and dishonest. My real salary was only 15k but they are expected me to achieve 4.8 LPA. They had a very unreasonable mindset. Even when I met my target, they withheld my salary and pressure me to source new profile every day. When i was serving my notice period, They made me work hard every day but when it was time to pay me, They only gave me Rs 2000/- and did not gave me my relieving letter on time. They were very rude and respectful. If you are considering working for this type of company, make sure you check your offer letter and salary structure carefully because they do not specify your fixed net salary amount and many things.
