There were thousands of bench guys who help u to do time pass in office.

They Higher and then they don't have projects and they push u role for some support or non technical and then after working 2-3 year u don't have technical skill so u don't go out side for job and they take advantage of this and no promotion no hike ...

No increment, work till midnight. No over time money. No growth. Seniors don't have knowledge on latest technology and tell us to write in old ways.

What I like most about Virtusa is the upskilling and learning opportunities they provide. For your domain if you want to learn anything, they provide you resource, guidance and even certification vouchers for you to get certified.

Dislikes

The major disadvantage is there is low project opportunity. (BIG NO for Freshers) Newly hired/1YOE/2YOE are struggling to get allocated to projects. For an student, the journey from campus to corporate is very crucial and choosing Virtusa right after college will be the decison you may regret later.
