No work life balance, Company has dirty and worst politics. Work culture is the worst as they call you family to drain your life making you work all 7 days. Company knows they can't survive without playing dirty tricks and make you think you are valued but the same is not reflected in your salary or your life-style</mark>. Everybody got promoted in the recent times to Director designation just to retain them, even though we are just a small team of 8. :D The retention rate is pathetic as the new Artists understand all of these and resign just in a week or so. Company talks about Saturday off but that does not happen, as I am hearing the CEO says he will do it in a year or so but it's been 8 years I am working with them now but did not get a Saturday or Sunday off. Company gives us false promises just to make us even more harder. Company is getting richer by exploiting the Artists. Company makes crores and literally gives us peanuts for your blood, sweat and tears....Read More
