Team is supportive. Management is good. Salary hike decent.

Dislikes

HR team is very very arrogant and Not supporting. No clear communication by HR. In this organisation only HR team is very useless. They are working like owners of this organisation.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helps me to get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Not a single things ..... Based on my current experience.... Not about the company you will like....

Not appreciate regarding your work... Not promoted... Salary & benefits are not at all acceptable... In your letter showing that you will get 26000/- salary but after completion of one month you will get only 20 or 21 thousand.... Double side PF deduction....And also this things not mention in your offer letter.... That is a big crime... Mentorship not available... Empowerment is very less. Trust issue between engineer & manager.... Not valued there employee Involvement in precious work is not available.... Only they are using a your time....And your future growth will be reduced...Read More
