There's work life balance and perks along with a handsome salary package.

Work life balance is there because there's hardly much work. Zero job security, you can get terminated anytime without any prior notice or any reason. Company is hardly able to make profit because of poor management and unreasonable organisational decisions.

Any individual who gelled well with and waged his/her tale in front of manager, was the next manager.
